Back in 2003, Furnation offered 25 MB no advertising full free web hosting; in that time enough space to build up a complete web site. Then, while content increased, space in Furnation became insufficient. So, in 2005 I signed up a free Geocities web hosting account and I got 15 MB more for my old Furnation web site expansion. I moved all old art pieces to this new site and called The Junk Room (Cuarto de los Tiliches, in spanish). This is the theme drawing from that Geocities site (the site was downed in 2009 due Geocities final shut down); the text in the drawing means the following: “In each house there’s always a place where dreams, hope and wishes are doomed; a place in the middle of oblivion and apathy where material beauty and value are lost as relentless passage of time. Welcome to Míztica, Deima & Taura’s Junk Room… That dark and hidden corner where everything is a fatal prey of ingratitude, worthlessness and carelessness”.

El cuarto de los Tiliches fue un sitio en Geocities que creé en 2005 cuando el espacio en Furnation (en aquellos tiempos 25 MB para web hosting) comenzó a agotarse. Como dibujo de entrada hice esto. Un típico cuarto de los tiliches donde vamos a aventar las cosas que ya no nos sirven pero que no queremos deshacernos de ellas.
