Another pieces from 
TigerTwins. In this one, I had wanted to do a piece based on the Kingdom of Aksum in ancient Ethiopia, as it seemed like a good complement to the earlier Kushite piece, but we had some trouble finding useful references, so she decided to go with something more contemporary. I believe the overall design is inspired by the Tigray people.
The facial anatomy is a little less human than I normally go for, but I took a chance, and I think it paid off. I feel like this is some of her best work.
