While you may not feel it's the best shot, I'd say that's doing pretty darn good. You managed to keep the photo's ambiance despite the reflectivity on the glass: a feat that's usually pretty difficult. The pose is good, too: regal, in a way.
And hey, at least your zoo has glass--something I'd have smacked a grandma for when I was at the San Diego Zoo.
