interesting note in Fallout 3 their are two or three mutantion perks.
By goign for the bonus in the Wasteland survival Guide you get a perk where "when suffering radiation sickness you automatically regenerate crippled limbs" and later on you can get Oakskin perk from one quest (+1 end) or Ant Sight/Any Might from another (injected with ant dna for +1 perception/stregth)
