my plan is unlike most kobolds they;re in a post-extermination period by the sir sicklecrest so they're not a true tribe more of scattered population as any attempt to build up ends in a crusade like campaign against them.
the colourful king like kobold is a familiar of a noble that used to be a part of sicklecrest's court and believes he holds a relic they can use to remedy the other kobolds situation.
