I'm 5'2, would not fit someone taller. 160 lbs but there is some wiggle room in weight. Comes with body, tail attached; arm stilts, and head. Head is based on a helmet (youth football style), fits 21-22 inch sized head. Also comes with a harness, which attaches to the head for balance and keeping some of the weight off of your neck. Vision is through the neck.
