Did you ever see that "B.C." comic by Jonny Hart where one chararacter carves a face on a stone on a cliff, then carves a similar face into a stone on a beach below? "Millions of years from now," the sculptor says to a passer by, "They'll go nuts trying to figure out how we got that statue up there!"

For whatever odd reason I keep getting drawn back to Tiki. Eventually I am going to do a Sword and Sorcery type of series about a Celtic Ranger-Druid who visits a Polynesian type world on a mission of exploration. But I have a lot I have to do to get myself ready for that. I think this year I will make Tiki a theme in most of my commissions.
