Fair warning at first, this is only for people with a very sweet tooth!
Incredients
5-7 pears
flour
cinamon (pulver)
cloves (pulver)
dill (pulver)
250g butter
water
150-200g bacon cubes (small precut, bacon is optional)
How to
Wash the pears at first ‚n rub them dry a little.
Remove stem and butt hair from the pears, then remove the skin. Do Not throw it away but collect it in a pot.
Now cut the nakid pears in half and remove the core. Add that stuff to the pot and leave the pears on the table for now.
Once you are done with the cutting, fill the pot with water just enough so the core/skin mix is covered.
Now add the cloves and cinamon, one tea spoon each. Put it on the stove for 30mins (closed not open pot). (middle heat)
While the mix is cooking you can make the peers into puree.. squishy squashy..
Place a spare pot for the soup in the sink and put a sieve on top.
Now empty the skin/core cook into the sieve and add the puree to the collected cooked water with spices.
Put it back on the stove and heat it up again, stirring it from time to time.
Use a small extra pot to melt the butter and once melted stir 3-4 spoons of flour into the butter water.
It will turn into another mash, that‘s then added to the pear pot.
During the last 5 minutes you may add the bacon and heat it all up, if the stuff is still too watery add more flour.
That‘s it.. try a bit befre you serve it, you maay want to after spice it some.
You may add 1 spoon of dill for the optics!
No guarantee given and I‘m not responsible if you kill your diabetic relatives with this dish!
