A lot of people in my watchlist and on Twitter did this so I figured I’d want to reflect on my year in art as well for… some reason. Pieces presented here are, naturally, all in my gallery.
I am not one to talk much about personal details here, so I’ll just say 2017 has been a good year for me as a person despite some slumps here and there. Many people would have to be thanked for enriching this year so much with friendliness, new experiences and good talk so I’ll just leave it that – they know who they are for sure if they are reading this.
Had a tough time picking my “favorite” piece to present here for some months on top of that, so that certainly must mean something, right? Despite being a very terrible critic of myself, I can see some degree of improvement and refinement happening here, especially compared to some stuff I did way back in 2015 (I am deeply sorry you had to see some of that shit there, haha) … Hence I hope the momentum keeps itself up next year as well!
