Sketched this from memory of what little I saw of universe 9 in Dragon Ball Super. I added the abandoned cars.
Universe 9 is where the Trio De Dangers hail from. Described as a wasteland prone to warfare and destruction, the Trio still care enough for the place to fight for it in the tournament of power. So I'd bet it must have some sort of redeeming quality.
