A fun little idea I got when talking with my good friend 
RaivenderouTheLion, about what it would look like if Baloo the bear was a real Bear playing a character.
This is telling of what would happen when Disney after a while tell him about their plans to make a "Jungle Book 2", and what happens when the good old bear shares that news with his fans.
I can say this.
It ends up with a lots more of BEAR!!!
Baloo and The Jungle Book belongs to Disney.
The sound of the director yelling "Cut!" could be very loudly heard, before then having the voice of the producer saying "Okay, take 5 everyone!" as everyone on set was taking a small break.
It was in the middle of the shooting of "Jungle book 2", and if it was one thing this film had it was one HUGE star!
Waddling his massive body over to his favourite resting tree Baloo the Bear sat down, as he hand picked some of fruit from his personal pile and lazily filled up his mouth to settle his always hungry belly.
"Oh brother. I had forgot just how exhausting making a movie used to be!" The obese Sloth Bear said to himself, as he was starting to dream back to just how he came to work on this thing to begin with.
It had been what, 20-30 years?...let's just say it had been a VERY LONG time since Baloo had been doing that film role that had made him into the entire world's favourite fat bear, and all that fame had certainly been showing on him!
Having such a well known role under his belt meant that for many years he could make a living by just appearing as himself in many different Radio and TV shows, were he mostly had to just sit in a chair and answer all kinds of questions about making the film. (He even had a big dedicated Fan-Club in his name.)
Being able to live such a high life Baloo of course had a luxurious big house with a big pool for him to float around lazily in, and with his own personal chef that could make him pretty much everything he wished for.
With a life of just being lazy, eating a lot, and earning money by just answering questions, the pounds was really piling on quickly for Baloo. But unlike many others a bear like Baloo only ended up looking better in many folks eyes the fatter he got.
And with nobody to warn him or tell him to stop Baloo's already pretty big diet only kept growing as time went on, and Baloo actually started to book himself to even more interviews and events just to be able to pay for his food bill!
So then in 2003 Baloo got the phone call that told him that they were planning on making a sequel to the film that made him so big and famous in the first place, and knowing how much his fans would love to see him again the big bear didn't hesitate to say yes to it.
Right after having signed the deal Baloo thought that it would be nice to let his always encouraging Fan-Club to know the new early, and given the wonders of the modern technology Baloo knew that he could tell them all about these wonderful news at once thanks to him having access to the Fan-Club's very own web page.
But knowing that a bunch of text would be pretty boring Baloo got the idea of adding in an image also, but given his already huge size that wasn't going to be the easiest thing to do.
Luckily he happen to have a really big and wide mirror covering on of his walls at his bedroom, so he decided to try and really give them something to look at for this image!
Laying to his side in the bed Baloo had a camera in one of his hands, as he also having an empty box of chocolate laying next to him, clear stains of chocolate over his mouth, and his other hand holding a very good chuck of his belly fat for show.
Once that image was taken Baloo quickly uploaded it first to his computer and then over to the Fan-Club page, were he then added the following text.
"Hey, Little Britches! Just wanted to let you all know that old Baloo here is coming back onto the big screen! I was asked today if I would want to film a sequel to my classic role in the Jungle Book, and I knew I had to say yes just for you. I took this image to celebrate, but I....seemed a bit more hungry then I thought. Heheh. Looking back at how I was compared to now I have to ask you, do you think I have grown a bit thin since my younger days?"
With the image and text posted Baloo very quickly could see the many different responses that his fans was giving it.
From saying things like, "I am SOOOOO going to watch this when it hits cinemas!!!" and "You're right. You do look like just a skeleton of your old self. :P" to things like, "Finally feeling to get out of that long celebrity hibernation, don't you? XD" and even, "Have you ever thought about becoming a professional model with that hot body of yours?"
"How wonderful to see that they all love it so much." Baloo said to himself as he closed down his computer and made himself ready for his nightly sleep, and more importantly getting himself ready for his first day of filming in a couple of weeks.
What Baloo had not been counting on however was what would be going on in the forum on his site, as a pretty big group of his many fans was starting to discuss greatly about that image they had seen with Baloo.
While many of them find seeing Baloo a lot fatter now then he already was in the first film a certain user by the name of "Callum K" was suggesting for them to take it a step further.
"My idea is that on this site there is Baloo's real mailing address, and we would be using it to send him as many gifts in the forms of Chocolates and Sweets so that he wont risk losing any of that precious weight of his when making this next film." Was what Callum K was suggesting with one user asking about the possibility of Baloo actually eating everything that they would send to him.
"Oh believe me. He will do it! I have saved this old newspaper article were Baloo told the reporter that since he was raised by a mama bear who taught him to never waste anything that was edible, he has a habit of almost never tossing away anything that still has any kind of left-over inside of it's packages." Callum K said as he then uploaded to the forum a scanned image of said cut out article, and pretty soon he had many of the other group members on his side.
"Let's all now show Baloo just how much we really love him!" Callum K concluded, as the members of the group was making sure to all put up their first orders as quickly as possible!
The very next day already Baloo was woken up by a knocking on the door, and upon opening he was pretty surprised to find a delivery guy with a smaller mountain of boxes that stacked up to an impressive 5 feet in heights in total!
Baloo first didn't believe that all of these things could possibly be for him, but then the guys showed in his papers that all of them had been sent as "Gifts from the Fan-Club" and that made Baloo feel a lot more guilty to trying to get rid of them.
So the big bear signed the papers and took care of the packages, as he took them inside and started to open them all up and see what it was inside of them.
Candy Bags, Popcorn Bags, Cotton Candy Bags, Whole Cakes, Cookie Jars, Honey Flavoured Pastries, Freshly Baked Cinnamon Rolls, Pies, and TONS of Chocolate Bars was only some of the things to be found in the 50+ boxes that he had now been receiving.
Upon opening each box he had also been greeted with a note handwritten from of his many fans, as they were sharing very personal stories on what he has been meaning for them as their idol, and that they were hoping that each of their gifts to him would be "Helping a bear not go hungry".
Baloo had to admit that seeing all the treats lined up for him he was starting to get a bit hungry, so why not let breakfast this time be a bit more of a dessert buffet for him?
Sitting down on his fat rump the big bear started by taking a little bit of everything, as he had a slice of cake together with small bits of cookies and candy, as well as a slice of pie with cotton candy and popcorns decorated on top, followed by grabbing a hand full of cookies from the jar and eating a freshly baked Honey flavoured Muffin.
He was only planning on eating until he didn't felt hungry anymore, but pretty soon Baloo realised that he had already been eating 3 Cakes, 2 Pies, and was on his way to empting the last of the Cinnamon Rolls and Cookies!
Looking down at himself Baloo could see that there was more then a little crumbs and bits in both his fur and in the deep belly rolls he sported when sitting down, as well as having very sticky paws from all the cotton candy, and a smaller portion of all the things stuck just around the outside of his mouth!
"Man. I sure was a lot more hungry then I thought." Baloo thought to himself as he almost on instinct took and shoved another slice of cake into his mouth before realising it himself.
And yet he didn't stop himself form first chewing and then swallowing it down into his already very filled up gut, as he seemed to really go into those old bear instincts of "Eating for Hibernation" despite bears like him having not been doing that for centuries.
Almost as if to see if he could do it all in one sitting Baloo continued on for another half hour of doing nothing but consuming all the gifts he had been receiving at a steady pace.
Eventually he was seemingly done, as the now overly stuffed Baloo started to find pretty much all boxes to be empty. (Which actually made him a bit disappointed, as some of those things was actually really, really tasty.)
When looking down at himself he realised it probably was for the best that he ended now as he had a belly that was about the size of a Yoga Ball, and it felt like it was weighting a ton from all the stuff that he had cramped into it now!
Looking next to him he saw how the boxes that was filled with Chocolate Bars somehow had missed him, and as he tried to reach out for it big belly bear Baloo ended up falling over to his side, before then turning over to his back, and then finally being pinned down by his extra weight.
He was not able to get himself up now until the digestion of the treats had been done, so for now Baloo decided that maybe a small "hibernation" would do him good.
Despite many fans only participating in this once there was still plenty of handfuls that was very eager to still give more stuff for Baloo to eat, leading to the already very overweight bear to continue to "grow into his role" for a good more couple of days.
It was first after a full week of this type of lazy binge eating of fan meals that the silly bear figured out how he could stop it all from coming by once again posting an image of his very obese state on the fan club.
The image he took this time was a type of picture that would later be known as a "Selfie", as it was basically Baloo raising one of his arms as high as possible in order to try and get a high angle image of his whole body. (And yet a bit of his big belly could be seen going out of the camera's range.
Along with the image was a text that read, "Really thankful that I've got such wonderful fans that like to send me all of these wonderful treats, but I think that this all has to stop a bit now. As you can see here I can't even snap a picture of my full size anymore! And if I don't stop then there might not be a movie camera that will be able to fit me either. Love everything you have been given me, but no more now please." and on the very next day even his very clear message seemed to have been given effect.
Covering the costs of both the goods and to have them posted all the way to Baloo many of the remaining gift senders started to stop as well to not bleed to much money on feeding him, with pretty much Callum K being the only one still doing it.
So up to the very day when he was to travel over to the jungles to film Baloo was being given some nice little treats from Callum to consume, with the almost always eating bear thinking to himself, "That kid probably wants me to give him a "Special Thanks" in the end credits of the film or something." as he was taking a big bite into a specially baked Honey flavoured and Nuts covered set of Brownies.
"Think I might have to actually discuss that with the producers." Baloo admitted to himself as this one fan sure seem to know how to please a bear.
When finally getting to the settings of "Jungle Book 2" Baloo got to know very well just how much weight he was carrying now, as not only was getting through the "Metal Detector" bars to small for him, but after some concerns from Airport itself he had been seen as so heavy that it would be safest for him to be the only passenger in his own plane!
Given that Baloo did also have a short time TV-Show were he played a flight pilot (Were a recurring joke is about how much his weight was affecting the plane he often flew) he did find it pretty funny how at one point he had been given the question if he did know how to fly, just in order to make the weight of a pilot less of a burden for the plane.
Still it all went well with Baloo and a single pilot in the plane as he soon found himself in the Jungles of India for the filming, and it was first when getting to the set and seeing the crew's shocked faces that he realised that maybe he should have informed them about some of his "Extra Pudge" that he had been given lately.
While at first there was some concerns about Baloo's sudden weight gain could damage the film in some way, the writers quickly made some changes to say that "There has been some time since Mowgli and Baloo last seem each other, and since then the big bear has really been letting himself go." (It wasn't the most creative of explanations, but Baloo's new size would most likely make up for that.)
On his first day of recording Baloo got to met the young child actor that was going to play the role as the new Mowgli, and that kid was pretty awe struck when he first got to meet his co-star that he said, "Wow! I didn't know bears could become that big!" as he looked very tempted at feeling onto that huge gut of Baloo to know if it was real or not.
Baloo could clearly see what the kid was wanting as he open up his big arms and said "Feel free to touch." as he then embraced the kid and gave him a full blown bear hug and let him feel just how big and warm and soft he was.
The kid was very surprised but also felt incredibly lucky since it felt like he was being hugged by the worlds largest stuffed teddy bear.
"I see you are very quickly getting used of your replacement me." An adult voice could be heard saying as what at first looked like a strange man walked up to Baloo and the little kid, but very soon it became very clear to the old bear just who that was.
"Could it be?...Mowgli?" Baloo as ked in surprise as it was indeed the same child actor that had played original Mowgli back in the day, but now as a fully grown adult, and it didn't take long before he too was a part of the big bear's hug.
After that sweet reunion together the child actor Mowgli got to talk more with the film's director, as Baloo took a moment to asked the original Mowgli actor just what he was also doing here, and got to learn that he was only at the set today as he was to play a smaller role in the film.
"He is like the leader of the small village that Mowgli lives in, and he's the one that tries to tell the young Man Cub to never even think about going back into the jungle." The older Mowgli actor explained to which Baloo got a bit of a smirk look on his face and said, "But what do you think that Mowgli would actually be doing if he was told so?"
Seeing that look in the big bear's eyes the adult Mowgli actor smiled and said, "To rather spend some time out in the wild with his old Papa bear." as Baloo started to drag him with him as they both then quickly made a small escape from the set and into the actual jungle!
It was some very nostalgic filled hours they both spent together, as it really was like having long lost father and son reunion with the adult Mowgli and Baloo just having fun in the wilderness.
Baloo had not forgot their old routines as he started to sing out the classic "Bare Necessities" as the veteran Mowgli actor started finding lot of different fruit for the bear to devour and fill up his already ludicrously fat belly.
With a belly full of fruit he did start to feel the need to rest a little bit, and luckily for them there just happen to be a nearby river that was running in the direction back to the set.
So reliving another golden memory Baloo got himself into the water, and then had the Mowgli actor climb on top of him as they both were peacefully floating down across the river. (And having said Mowgli being a lot taller now as an adult actually didn't matter, since Baloo's added weight made him more then wide enough for a fully adult man to both sit and lay on top of.)
As they were heading back the old Mowgli actor told Baloo that "Make sure that the next Mowgli kid gets to have just as much fun as we used to have." to which Baloo said back, "I will do everything I can to keep that promise." before they were back to sets once more.
When being asked on were they had been the Mowgli actor made up that "Baloo needed to get some fruits to eat." with the obese bear patting his large gut and adding, "Yep. Can't make a movie when being hungry."
So here he was now.
Resting between takes on this sequel, with a well filled belly from an excellent catering service, and with the gazing sun keeping himself all warm and comfy.
At times it almost felt like he was on a paid vacation, as all he really was doing most of the days was playing around with a happy little kid and then just rest and eat.
And looking at himself it was really amazing how he must have almost triple in size since getting that movie deal, and yet it all really felt worth it.
"This is a role I can see myself living as for the rest of my life." Baloo said to himself as he started to doze off against the tree once more.

The kid was very surprised but also felt incredibly lucky since it felt like he was being hugged by the worlds largest stuffed teddy bear.
"I see you are very quickly getting used of your replacement me." An adult voice could be heard saying as what at first looked like a strange man walked up to Baloo and the little kid, but very soon it became very clear to the old bear just who that was.
"Could it be?...Mowgli?" Baloo as ked in surprise as it was indeed the same child actor that had played original Mowgli back in the day, but now as a fully grown adult, and it didn't take long before he too was a part of the big bear's hug.
After that sweet reunion together the child actor Mowgli got to talk more with the film's director, as Baloo took a moment to asked the original Mowgli actor just what he was also doing here, and got to learn that he was only at the set today as he was to play a smaller role in the film.
"He is like the leader of the small village that Mowgli lives in, and he's the one that tries to tell the young Man Cub to never even think about going back into the jungle." The older Mowgli actor explained to which Baloo got a bit of a smirk look on his face and said, "But what do you think that Mowgli would actually be doing if he was told so?"
Seeing that look in the big bear's eyes the adult Mowgli actor smiled and said, "To rather spend some time out in the wild with his old Papa bear." as Baloo started to drag him with him as they both then quickly made a small escape from the set and into the actual jungle!
It was some very nostalgic filled hours they both spent together, as it really was like having long lost father and son reunion with the adult Mowgli and Baloo just having fun in the wilderness.
Baloo had not forgot their old routines as he started to sing out the classic "Bare Necessities" as the veteran Mowgli actor started finding lot of different fruit for the bear to devour and fill up his already ludicrously fat belly.
With a belly full of fruit he did start to feel the need to rest a little bit, and luckily for them there just happen to be a nearby river that was running in the direction back to the set.
So reliving another golden memory Baloo got himself into the water, and then had the Mowgli actor climb on top of him as they both were peacefully floating down across the river. (And having said Mowgli being a lot taller now as an adult actually didn't matter, since Baloo's added weight made him more then wide enough for a fully adult man to both sit and lay on top of.)
As they were heading back the old Mowgli actor told Baloo that "Make sure that the next Mowgli kid gets to have just as much fun as we used to have." to which Baloo said back, "I will do everything I can to keep that promise." before they were back to sets once more.
When being asked on were they had been the Mowgli actor made up that "Baloo needed to get some fruits to eat." with the obese bear patting his large gut and adding, "Yep. Can't make a movie when being hungry."
So here he was now.
Resting between takes on this sequel, with a well filled belly from an excellent catering service, and with the gazing sun keeping himself all warm and comfy.
At times it almost felt like he was on a paid vacation, as all he really was doing most of the days was playing around with a happy little kid and then just rest and eat.
And looking at himself it was really amazing how he must have almost triple in size since getting that movie deal, and yet it all really felt worth it.
"This is a role I can see myself living as for the rest of my life." Baloo said to himself as he started to doze off against the tree once more.

I know that his fans were looking out for their idol, but maybe they got a bit carried away, lets just hope Baloo doesn't have to move around that much, it would probably be difficult given his massive size
