I mean, it would depend if you wanted it functioning or not. Costume chain mail such as butted mail is fairly expensive but quite accessible. People wear it for larping. A movie trick they sometimes do, is knitted mail. Made from shiney metal effect wool... obviously useless for anything other then looks.

Actual, riveted mail... is really expensive. Not many people supply it, though its not the hardest thing in the world to self make if you have the tools. It just takes a bunch of time.

The surcoat... for that exact pattern you'd have to go down the custom/self made rout. Though its not the most complex design of clothing. Belts are belts, you can easily find belts.

For the pauldron's... if you went for something costume, like out of foam board they wouldn't be too difficult to make yourself. If you wanted them functioning, metal... then well. Blacksmiths are expensive.

The cloak... a cloak is just a thick woolen blanket, you can buy them fairly cheap.

All you'd need, is to be a wolf ontop of all that and you can steal his look.
