A BotW-style Zora in rubber clothing similar to the game's rubber armor. His name is Rabaasu, and he's some kind of artisan, trying to rediscover the secrets of how the material was made. He's very shy, and is okay with a few jabs thrown his way, but don't make fun of his craft. His suit has openings for the gills on the sides of his chest and his arm fins, but his leg fins are small enough that he doesn't need comfortable openings for them.
