HEAD

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Head is ABSURDLY comfortable. Construction includes spacing within to allow tons of airflow around the head, so I stay quite cool inside. The whole interior is lined with fleece. Vision is great, and despite being 3D eyes I experience little blind spots. Moveable jaw adjusts well to keep in good contact with my chin. The head is a tad heavy for a foam construction, but it's so well fitted that it's hardly noticeable once you have it on. Small weights are sewn into the neckline to keep the neck in place through various motions.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Symmetry is perfect, markings are even and match the concept art flawlessly, and shaving is even and beautiful. The fur is incredibly soft and looks like it has a healthy sheen/glow. AND THE EXPRESSION, my god, the expression. He has such a variety of expressions due to the eye and brow sculpt. He fits the character perfectly.

Special Attachments and Features

The head includes LED eye features. They switch on and cycle through via a magnetic proximity switch. The battery pack is a standard cell phone external pack that fits discretely inside a custom carved hole inside the cheek. Quick to set up and easy to use.

BODY

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Body fits exceptionally well. The maker takes both measurements (with guides on his website for accurate collection) and a duct tape dummy, so the body fits as close as skin. The fur has a somewhat flexible backing so it moves well with me. Every single seam is surged and they will likely outlive me. The body also includes upper body padding internal that is lined with an athletic lycra material. The place where the tail connects inside the body is hidden by a sheath of sorts that makes for a seamless illusion.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Again, markings are perfectly symmetrical and match the concept art exactly. All of the purple fur is shaved and is completely even and beautiful. The shorter black has a glossy sheen. The depth created by balancing the longer and shorter furs is a great.

HANDS AND FEET

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Hands fit perfectly. Same as the body, all seams are surged and the fur is flexible to move well with me. The paw pads are fleece and give me plenty of dexterity. The feet are a little loose, but that is because they are built entirely of foam. This makes them incredibly light and flexible. They also breathe well so ventilation is good. The feet also include fleece paw pads. The inside of the feet are lined with an athletic lycra and include tags to indicate which feet they belong to.

Like everything else, the markings are perfect to the art and the construction is superb.

The tail is surprisingly light. It's well proportioned to the character. Belt loops are created with the fur itself so it feels incredibly durable.

Markings are perfect and blend flawlessly with the body. Same fur as the rest, so it's amazing.

How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote?
The maker's website is THE BEST system I've used in commissioning a suit. He has a built in quote estimator that will give a ballpark figure on the spot, and his response with an exact quote came in short order.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take them to respond?
Any message to the maker was answered within a day. Very satisfied with communication.


How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project?
Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
The suit wasn't made on a deadline, but it was done within the maker's quoted time. His website includes a tracker that shows you on your account exactly where he is in the process of building your suit. It also includes total times spent creating it, so you know exactly what time he put into it.


How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project?
I was BLOWN AWAY with the quality of this suit. From the fit to the detailing to the features, the quality was beyond my expectations.


How satisfied are you with the overall customer service and professionalism of the maker?
Maker is one of the most responsive and professional experiences I've had in this fandom. I can't sing his praises enough, to be honest. I recommend him to every person I can when I'm asked my opinion of makers.

Enough said above. Every aspect is a pro, the only con is that it may be hard to get on his queue with all the recommendations I've sent his way haha.
