Yep, here's Billy Kane from the King of Fighters, in wolf form. This was done like way back in 2003. I hated 2003, what a crappy year personally, but a lot of art came out of it, too. Since this was done in 2003, you can kind of see the semi low-quality compared to more recent pics. Well, that's because this was before I knew how to actually use layers in Photoshop (thanks Ivybeth for that!) .
