Have I ever told any of you that I used to own my very own island?
Well, not a real one. I used to have this place in my mind, a sort of.... paradise.
It wasn't a huge island, but it was really pretty. At around the age of 7-10 I used to dream of this place quite often. It wasn't always the same, cuz the island had different areas.
But I stopped being able to dream.
Its not that I can't remember my dreams, its that quite frankly, I don't think I have any. I know when i've had a dream, but can't remember, and then other times I just wake up and its suddenly morning.

Well, anywho, this place was really nice since it had a waterfall. I love waterfalls. This one was special because it ran up rather than down. It also had a whole mess of caves running behind it that you could walk through to get to the top, and at the bottom stream there was a pool you could go swimming in.
This particular part of the island was very special because it had something the others didn't. It had a humanoid sculpture.
While the rest of the places had signs of ancient development, this was the only place that had a "person" and no buildings. Even the temple on the cliff (another place) didn't have any human statues within. I used to think He was my guardian angel. (yes, its a he with a "pretty" face). In reality you aren't able to see the eyes, but Its late and I only have so much scrutiny. Also, he cave that passes under the face leads to a huge cavern with a lake. In the center, there is a crystal formation that I call the "heart" of the island.

Now, the reason I decided to share this: I recently came across a most beautiful piece of music titled "Air In The G String" by Bach. It totally brought me to tears, and I suddenly remembered about this place.
