So this makes it look like as if I stopped painting towards the end of the year, but november had a lot of works for me to pick from, and I wanted to showcase me getting back towards more pop/art or heavily stylized looks. I also have a bunch of WIPs that just didn't get finished, so there may be a flood of content in janruary/february that the heavy workload is from this year rather than 2018.

September was when I hit a huge block and got myself into a rut. I remember having a phone call with my dad asking for advice on what to do (he isn't an artist, but has years of experience managing a business which being a freelancer is being-your-own-boss I guess) about feeling defeated and uncertain with myself. I didn't want to give up, but I felt so overwhelmed and unable to produce anything. I just kind of needed a break and was able to get back into the swing of things.

But on the brighter side...I think I've (digitally) painted more than I have in any other year. Hopefully even more next year!
