Yeah I'm not a fan of Star Wars in general. It was fun and silly when I was like 8 and the music in the original trio is amazing but I wasn't holding my breath for the new movies.

The new Star Wars is good. If you find Kylo at all sympathetic he actually becomes more so in this one, while still remaining an effective villain, I think.

For some reason I tend to gravitate toward characters I would want to murder with my bare hands IRL XD

I'm sorry but I have NO IDEA why you think it's bad. It's so detailed, emotional and has a meaning to it. Don't put yourself down :)

Hahaha well I mean, it's not the worst, but the finished image is just not as stylistically interesting as I wish it were? When I'm working on something I don't know well I run up into the walls of my inability faster and in this case it felt like I was ricocheting around in a closet the whole time. I fell back onto general rendering ability, which is fine as it goes, but I had no specific ability for the fabric and figures and inorganic interior, etc. Just takes more practice. More and more practice forever. :C

Practise and repeat, that's how you improve, though your style has, in my opinion, not much to be improved on. :)

OMG that THING was absolutely awesome!! She LOVED it, was SOOO surprised and pleased - opened it in front of all the family too I was SOOO afraid she wouldn't like it, but she absolutely adores it - takes it everywhere! thank you again for helping! It was in time -barely!

Eeeeeh this is wonderful and emotional! I love Kylo and how deep his character is. Redemption arc plz in next movie haha.

I'm hoping so on principal. Redemption is my favorite flavor. Boy, this wang has a lot to make up for though.

Kylo typifies 'spoiled brat' throwing a tantrum pretty effectively.
In all other respects the character is poorly done, poorly thought out, and the casting was horrible. He went through the entire movie with an expression like he had a lump of feces under his tongue. Neither sympathetic nor villainous - just childish.
