Hello all, I am proud to present the first demo of Tribal Hunter, a game made collaboratively with
skyox
Tribal Hunter is an action-platformer with weight gain and inflation themes. We are working to build a large world with different biomes and a vast array of enemies. Because this will be such a large undertaking, we need support to bring it to fruition. We have a Patreon dedicated to our collaborative game work, and would appreciate any assistance.
This demo is available for everyone, but any updates of the game will be for supporters only. Details on patreon.

Game Instructions:
This game is designed with the controller in mind, but can be played with the keyboard as well.
Controls (Keyboard can be changed to 1 or 2 presets)
Move = WSAD Keys/ Arrow keys / L Stick
Jump/Menu OK = Spacebar / A Button
Attack/Interact = Z/J key / X Button
Fire Missile/Menu Back = X/K/ESC key / B Button
Inhale/Menu Back = C/I key / B Button
Toggle Projectile = Tab/ctrl / RB button
I will add in additional game hints and instruction here later. Thanks!

KNOWN ISSUES:
*Sometimes keyboard controls are unresponsive on some devices. I'm looking into that.
*Occasionally player will get stuck in a wall when certain collisions happens. I haven't been able to recreate it yet.
*Minor visual stuttering with certain animations.
*Occasionally coins or food might get stuck on a wall.

I think you guys'n girls who worked on this did a great job, it looks more polished then anything I expected.
Here is a idea I, some random person, got I hope you don't see it as a negative feedback but simply the feedback of a person who wants it to be perfect.
Give the character a way to get rid of air, it happened that the impatiant person playing was not okay with standing around and waiting for it to simply go away. I instead adventured on, but had to pause every few seconds because the character was overfilled with air and not... the other stuffs.

you can consume 100 fat to heal one heart, and also drain 50 of each type of bad filling including air. we're planning on having inflating enemies, so we dont want it to drain too fast to make their efforts useless

it doesnt stretch out the distance you can grow, it lets you grow bigger. for example, it takes 400 fullness to become immobile, but increasing it +50 still makes 400 immobile.
This is for later on when there are enemies that force you to get bigger, to have that extra space. At a certain level, we're also going to unlock a 4th size of mobility.

I'd love to work on music for this game. My portfolio currently has a lot of chiptune on it, but I'm willing to do other stuff...though a bit of chiptune might work for the pixel art style. (That's just me though.) If you'd like to listen to some of my music, check my SoundCloud or my YouTube.

I have a few things to say about this, even though it isn't finished yet.
It looks great and is of a good quality.
it could use a little more explanation.
All of the stat prices go up whenever you purchase one of some reason, shouldn't it just just be the one you bought?
Finally, I love it and can't wait to see the unfinished areas.
EDIT: additional note, checkpoints work as many times as you want, but only if your last save wasn't at them. I haven't seen that done before and don't know if it'll be changed, but it's interesting at least.

Good evening I have a problem, I try to download Windows 7 Tribal Hunter Demo.zip and when the download reaches a point I get an error saying "Forbidden" that does not let me continue or retry the download, I use Google Chrome and tried to download Tribal Hunter on my phone (to pass it later to the computer since I don't have a very good internet) and I get the exact same error.
Sorry for the delay, and yes please this is the game that I hope the most (I am not a big fan of video games so it would be the only one) because it is the only game with this fetish that I love so much, it is not only based on the fetish, It is having its history and the few characters that I have managed to see I also like seeing how they add ideas and very good ones make me more excited the game looks fantastic and I wish I had the demo before the full version comes out, since I am from Venezuela I do not see myself able to pay for the full version but with having the demo and playing this incredible game that is not just any game with 100 bugs, it is a well-made game of the letter, I am satisfied.
