Chrono is the 3rd sister of Pheona and Cleo. While Cleo can create temporary objects and Pheona can use magic, Chrono can control time, though mostly on herself. She can fast forward to age herself, and rewind herself out of a situation or to regress herself. She can also temporarily slow or stop others. She's unable to time travel, and we should be thankful as she could screw up our timeline as we know it.
