Otego, a mask-faced, owl like, wanderer who roams the world during the nights plating the many forests. Where else would they have come from? (Rhetorical. Logic has no place in my reality, guys.) Some say he's as tall as a jack pine, and others say he's as small as the acorns he keeps in his worn, little pack. He's found that his job sure is getting hard nowadays. Where have all the forests gone?

Blasted memory. Ah well.
I'm sure this must have heard this before, but your mystical work seems reminiscent Hayao Miyazaki's spirits; similar to those in Princess Mononoke, (it's probably the masks) only much more ornate. The flavor of your characters seems more Celtic or Native American than oriental, but the resemblance is still there.
Either way, it's all beuatiful stuff, and with the strength of personality that's too often lacking in this kind of thing. :)

Gosh thanks so much! It's really such an honor to even be remotely compared to Miyazaki! That man is a genius, I swears. I try to incorperate a tinge of the celtic culture into my things, since it's something I'm so heavily involved with, so I'm glad the subtle shades of it are apparent!
