-and so I decided, shit, if I'm gonna go in wearing a skirt, then I'm going to fucking own my role!
We walked in there, arms linked, humming songs from the mid 2000's to set our rampage on this humbled place of civility as our heels clanked. Mr. Bright Side had one of those Motherfucker grins, if you know what I mean, where he was pretty happy he could make his way on through and get passerby to stop and stare in concern. The goal was to be discrete, but all of us were out of our norm so far that we figured, fuck it, let's just strut and be the sexiest flight attendants there ever could be.

Only made it to security before we tried to pass through with our fetching Halloween gear. Without the papers and clearly looking lost, we didn't get any further. The terminal guards looked at us as though we'd have thirty seconds to get the fuck out of there and stop playing our games before they'd arrest us, but I figured, fuck it, who needs to fly anyways. I just needed an umbrella and I'd be the next generation Mary Poppins for everyone to gawk and giggle over.
We marched onwards.

This wonderful piece was done by
HazakyAracely, and very quickly, too! We had a few changes we'd needed and they were willing to make them, which was super appreciated because of how complex this piece could be considered. I definitely recommend commissioning them if you ever get a chance. They're absolutely incredible!
The inspiration for this piece was actually the idea of our central role here in the middle,
PhilpeWolf, who watched Catch Me If You Can and stumbled upon this famous(?) scene in it. He decided, "Well, shit, this was awesome, how about I bring my friends along?"
And we came along!

But for real, it was cool to actually have watched the movie (Or, this part of the movie, at least) just a few weeks prior and, having seen it myself, having thought similarly. I wasn't entirely sure if my friends in the piece would go with it, but surprising to me, they did! It's incredibly silly and I love the fuck out of it.
