Rarity would (reluctantly) tear a strip off of whatever item of clothing she has on hand to bandage your injury until you can get to the local hospital.

Pinky probably has first aid kits hidden all over town in case of emergencies that have colorful bandages and then would throw you a party to make you feel better.

Twilight would try a healing spell on you, possibly with a misfire that causes either a friendship problem or a monster problem that is solved inside of thirty minutes and ends with her taking you to the doctor for proper medical care.

Discord would laugh, turn into Dr House and tell you it wasn't that bad of a scrape and point out that you "Have a spare hand anyways" before becoming Dr Seuss, rhyme for several minutes, become Dr Dre and continue to rhyme, Becomes all thirteen versions of "Dr Who" who argue the pros and cons of going back in time to prevent your injury in the first place before Turning into Dr 'Patch' Adams who heals you with both medicine and laughter.
