saddly yes he,s dead as is his sister jenna killed by inaction by my brother in law who was charged with careing for them till i was out of the hospital but he never looked in on them and they died from the heat it had been 104 degrees every day and he never came to get them out of their crate so i came home to find them dead moochies eyes open wathing the door like waiting for some one to come and let them out
