Short character description:
An introverted merfolk who dreams of leaving the ocean for the skies. Flying a plane has always been a dream of his, so he spends a lot of time above surface watching planes enter in and out of the country he lives in.

His hair is similar to that of a jellyfish's, so be careful. He may look squishy, but would it really be worth grabbing something that could poison you?

The accessories around his waist were given to him by his sister.
