*Chuckles* Ah, Acrathia, how little you understand of love, if you think it's always this smooth. There will be times where they'll argue and have bumps. Every couple does, no matter how well matched or how true their love. Indeed, one might conjecture that such periods of marital strife are the grounds that show just how strong their love can be for one another, because it is tested.
Acrathia: * puts a hand on her chest and gives a mock stunned expression, followed by one of mild offense* I can not remember the last time I was accused of being naive in the ways of love, but I can assure you that whoever they were they did not end their days human. Your luck I like you dearest Omni ( and that I swore not to curse you). What I spoke of was personal preference. The adorable fuzziness for Candle and Juni is fine for them, but I also agree that being able to weather some discord makes the relationship stronger in the end. Lastly I will say having my preferences hardly connotates a lack of knowledge in said area. Love for me is all the more intense when it bears the risk of being lost
Ah, my apologies, Lady Acrathia. Many times, when I've dealt with the Fae they don't seem to bother learning of such things involving humanity, save in how they might twist it to their own ends. I clearly jumped to the wrong conclusion, based on your initial response. I hope you can forgive me. *flourishes a bouquet of flowers out of the air.*
Acrathia: * gives Omni a smirk and accepts the bouquet graciously* Your apology is accepted love. Just know that as bitter and cynical as I am, I make it my policy never to interfere with true love. It is too rare and valuable a magic that to ruin it is a grievous crime in my eyes. For I have seen it break the most terrible of curses and give strength to the most powerful of spells
Author: Actually no, I haven't really followed Once upon a time. I will chalk the quincedence up to great minds thinking alike as opposed to I am so horribly unoriginal
Acrathia: It never ceases to amaze me when aspects of the ether and magic long forgotten manage to seep their way into popular culture. Although I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised considering that has been a trope of the tales we far have told for ages

And let's not forget the fact that it is a powerful element of truth. In the end, true love does prevail. It may take time. Indeed, it may not even occur during mortality for some, but it does prevail in the end. Of course, sometimes, true love is not simply there, but must be molded. I believe it is quite possible a certain ass of an author may well experience such a process in the coming months, though we'll have to wait to see.
Acrathia: Ah yes morality, how they love to throw that word in my face often completely forgetting the fact that they never abided by it themselves until I came to call. But don't get me wrong dearest Omni, I have no regrets even if I do enjoy complaining about it. Thanklessly improving people through trials and tribulations is a role I have come.to accept for myself
*Shrugs* I don't know. I prefer to case the situation first, then adopt the proper mask or form. Though I admit, sometimes it's chosen for me by others. Sometimes the opposition is the way to go. Sometimes, there are other means or forms to take. By the way, Acrathia, were you the sorceress responsible for Beauty and the Beast?
Acrathia: *Gives Omnikitsune an apprasing stare, then a dark smile crosses her lips* Well done dearest Omni. I was indeed the one responsible for the story they eventually called 'Beauty and the Beast' or as I originally knew it: ' the spoiled little monster of a prince and his codependent servants who made better objects than people.' *pauses for a moment* in hind sight 'Beauty and the Beast' is a more catchy title.
Acrathia: The boy claimed he was acting on his father's authority, and produced a rather convincing looking document echoing the decree. I considered the possibility of it being a forgery and the whole thing being a show of adolescent bravado. Whatever his motivation, I found it irrelevant, he claimed my lands for the kingdom not himself, and it was for all intensive purposes and act of war. A lesson needed to be learned.
Acrathia: Honesty he seemed more angered that I had insulted him and his kingdom by transforming his heir. It could have been a front to not look like a weak leader, but then it was the middle ages and he had other sons. People weren't exactly the most sentimental of parents back then, even among royalty
Acrathia: Mainly by laying low. As much as I love causing trouble, I was smart enough to know not to draw too much attention during those times. There were sometimes where despite my best efforts I ended up in some hot water. In those cases I would sometimes have to call in some favors from other extraplanar entities.
Well, a decongestant is possible. And there are cold medicines that don't use alcohol. You just have to look to find them. For example, Zycam is very effective for shortening duration and helping to lessen some of the symptoms. Seriously the stuff saved me a major pain compared to my last head cold.
On first finding this page: "Oh, haven't seen Candle in happier, more humane circumstances in a while. Even if under the weather, I hope it lasts for--"
On reading the first few comments: "-- Wellp, so much for hoping! ^_^o Sorry, Candle. Um. At least you won't be worrying about the flu symptoms quite so much in a moment?"
But yeah, looking forward to seeing how this proceeds. ^_^ The "Baby, It's Cold Outside" series -- despite how I'm really not a fan of the song -- and short story with these two a ways back were quite cute, so this looks especially promising.

I promise it won't be all bad for him. There's just that awkward period of getting to know a significant other's needs that these two must navigate. I couldn't bear not to give him a bit of joy. The poor fellow has been through a lot ^^
I'm so glad that you are interested! It does my little heart good to know my characters make somebody happy ^w^

Aye, I believe that. I believe things are seldom, if ever, perfect and painless, but they're more rarely too imperfect or painful to keep from taking something valuable from them. Even if that something is just, "Wellp, now we know never to do that again,"and/ or "If we ever do or can't avoid that again, we know how to make it suck a little less." ^__^ But yeah, glad to hear of definitive bright spots in his future.
Then I'm all the gladder I shared my honest opinion. ^__^
