Do you use Sai too? The brush shape I use is Middle_Round (I think brushes like Spread or Fine/Middle_Flat will do good as well), but it's mostly the texture (Large Grain) and it's practically always on 100. If that's not standard texture, try to look it up, it should be one of the first results on google!
