For those who know me, you'll know one of my passions in costumes, and one of my many jobs was a costumer for theatre (also what I breifly went to college for). Marie Antoinette is a particular obsession of mine, in that what she wore was the most wonderfully overstated of a particularly decadent time in fashion history.
There are a few things I'm unhappy with in this pic, namely, I tried a new colouring style which I dislike. Also, drawing panniers on a sitting character is rather hit or miss.
Anywho, overall I like it, but I'll never do such a complicated patterned peice without drawing it on myself.
