More old art! I SHOULD REALLY GET TO BED!
Nanaki from Final Fantasy VII. :3 In the first pic in the middle he has both eyes because it is before he lost the right eye. x3 In the second middle pic, Aerith is petting his nose, which he claims that she used to do. And the last pic at the bottom was going to be him nudging one of his newborn cubs with his paw, but I didn't draw the cub. x3

this is very coole and cute. but what I to knowe is were did the cub's come frome you see at the begining of move?.I have't had the joy of playing ff7 but I have picte up bits of info about red and one of thos is he's ment to of been the last of his kind so how dos he end up with two cubs at the start of advent children???
Well, Square has created a character that is supposedly his mate. I don't know her name (it might be Djinn), but she shows up in a game that is a prequel to FFVII but it never came out here. Apparently, she was in hiding during the events of FFVII - Or at least that's what I hear. x3
Yeah! It was the mobile one they showed on the Advent Children DVD. Let me see if I can find an image for you. :3

That's from the game Ehrgeiz, which has some FFVII characters in it, and Django is listed as an FFVII character, but it doesn't say that it is Nanaki's mate.
Square should totally come out and explain Nanaki's mate and cubs, because it looks like everyone on the internet is confused and the theories are kinda crazy lol.

WOW thanks for the image looks abit scarey but WoW thets from a mobile game! It looks more like PS1 or DS graphics. I thought you could only get graphic like that on iPhone and N-gage. and this is like what 2,3 years ago now?
And yay they shoud come up with some sort explainson for advent children's opening other than it looked cool and dramatic. in fact why open it 400 years after the events off the move in first place if not so you can cut back at the end and have Nanaki say to the cubs ''and that how the shadow of j.o.h.n.o.v.a. was banish from the planet once and for all''The End.
I mean the guy onley says one line in the hole filme. Cat smith got more lines than he did and most of them were teling tiffey to 'shut her trape' for no reson?? thats one rude cat (but hes so cute at the end beeing huged by that littel girle)
P.S. I'm biding on a copey of ff7 on Ebay .

The cell phone game, "Before Crisis" explains it, by pretty much changing the original story (typical Square maneuver, right?). xD They add a female member of Nanaki's race, who was apparently the reason he was captured by Shira -- he was apparently kidnapped when trying to protect her.
So I guess, it's implied that the cubs were born from her. xD
