You should probably resize the picture to a reasonable level, for ease of viewing. I can't imagine anyone would prefer viewing it at this size. >.<

I've scanned the image about 3 to 4 years ago. I had it lying around and randomly stumbled about it. So I decided to upload it.
Also there is an option in the account setting to have images shown as a 400px thumbnail by default.
So if you see a size warning like I put one in the title, you could easily toggle this setting, and have a smaller image :)

Or you could just not be difficult and scale it down. You take the original, open your digital art program of choice or even ms paint, use the scale function, reupload. It doesn't even have a thumbnail.

And why would I want a 400px thumbnail? You're being ridiculous.

kinda coming off as angry there when theres no need to be. just change your default viewing size and be done with it, itd be more work for him. and besides, if there are any more images of this size on fa, changing your settings on here would take care of those too

You know, I actually uploaded the EXACTLY SAME file TWICE to have the reupload EXCEED the standard automatic resizing of FA.
So I actually did upload this humongous file on purpose. Just like I did with the scan I have of Charizard.

I don't know where I am being ridiculous when I explicitly place a size warning in the TITLE so you don't even have to open the image to see a warning in the description.

So you're just dumb on purpose? Good to know. I don't need to follow people like that, I guess. It's not even a good picture in the first place, I don't know why you'd want to look so closely at it unless you're picking out flaws, of which there are many.

Looks good but smaller viewing would be ideal. typically for web you want an image to be at 72 dpi, as for dimensions... for viewing here i'd say probably 500x800px would be good, give or take 250ish

As I have replied to Aimlesswaves already, this image has been lying around on my harddrive for about 3 or 4 years. I have stumbled across this today and decided to upload.
If people see the size warning and don't want to load such a huge image, they can just go to the setting and let FA automatically scale it down :P
