California is closer to me than Wyoming which is where I think they took it. Unclear why it was moved up there. Better facilities maybe? I know state and federal governments are terrible and don't really contribute to train restoration which is a shame since they are part of our history.

The UP has rail-yard and facilities suitable for such a project in Cheyene. I think that's the reason.
