The expression does seem perverted, but to me it seems more like a lol joking face. it's well drawn and the design is very well done. I love the creativity of this anthro thus the fact that in addition it has a cool bandana on, nice color tones of the patches of fur it has, nice outlines making it seem professional in a way, and hair has nice curves to it.
