Still got creepy down...
This ... thing... came to me out of nowhere and I just drew it. He and his race will remain nameless for the moment (taking suggestions, though).
He seems to be some sort of shaman or young battle-something. A sinister grin and glowing eyes suggest less than good intentions or background. His only garb is a loincloth from waist to knees which might be an indication of a tribal kind of race. (That or he simply loves his own body)
The rather wild and unkept hair/headdress and tail could result from travelling for a long time or a simple rebellion against his people's etiquette.
