Hey kids, remember the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, aka the "CCCP"? Well, it turns out those Reds actually had a furry sense of humor!
This is the cover to an issue of "Krokodil," the official Communist Party humor publication. (Yes I know, Communism & humor is most definitely an oxymoron.) You see, in nature the crocodile appears to sport a sardonic smile, so obviously...whatever. Or in the words of that now-forgotten Russian expat humorist Jackoff Smirkoff, "In Russia, furries find you!"
BTW, that Russian at the bottom left translates (according to Google) as "AS MUSICAL QUARTET THEY NOT HAD SUCCESS"

Just bad no matter who dose it and where it is still a Cruel Joke to the people that fall for it. and go to war killing other people that are just trying to survive too... NO GOVERNMENTS comes to mind.... No government dose not mean no rules, it means no "governing body" Imposing a set of rules that where not agreed uppon by the people that those said rules affect.
