A sneak peek into her life story
A young bat-pony filly playfully fought with her younger brother and her two cousins in the nursery. While other foals played their little games, all under the caring watch of the Nightwalker mares. The three mares made sure the foals under their care didn't hurt each other, but where still able to talk amongst themselves. The young little bat-pony, known as Hazeveil won every game the young foals played. For her life was happy, so had caring friends and family; and she knew she was going places. Nothing could stop her free nature. Two guards in amethyst amour came in and took one of the older fillies away. Hazeveil watched as one of her playmates left the nursery to go and join the ranks of ponies that help around the colony. The young Spitfire really wanted to see the world, she could become a guard and protect her family and friends, or be a hunter to maintain the colony's way of life; She didn't care as long as she spent most of her free time outside of the cave she called home.
"Gloomwing get off of me," shouted the young daydreaming filly. She took a step backwards and threw the young bat-pony off of her. Hazeveil inwardly cursed herself for letting her guard down. "Nice try Gloomwing, but you are too weak." she boasted, as Gloomwing was thrown on his back and his sister was over him with her fangs on his throat.
"Haze, get off of me, please?" asked Gloomwing meekly. "Sis, please." he pleaded as he tried to push his sister off of him. Haze smiled to herself and stepped off her little brother.
"Mercy, Veno. Let's show these fillies and colt's how it's done," shouted Haze to her cousins as she began the charge. "Gloomwing get up and help if you want to be on the winning side." Venus and Mercury helped out their cousins in the brawl to come. The three of them started to pin the older colts and fillies, however, Venus had to save Gloomwing for most of the fight. The Nightwalker mares tried to maintain order in the nursery.
Before things got totally out of hoof, Haze and her family where insnared by a magical grip, lifted them about a foot off the ground. Haze turned her head towards the entrance of the nursery; She saw a Saberhorn stallion in amethyst amour assessing the situation with a serious expression; his eyes cast judgment to all he looked upon. Some the foals looked at the ground or at the wall trying to escape from his vision. His helmet was like nothing she had seen on any other guard pony, on the front of it was a crescent moon, Haze looked in awe of the helmet he wore with stars in her eyes.
"You better watch out Caption Cyclone," she challenged with a smirk, though the effect was slightly lost as she floated sideways in his magical grip. "One day I'll defeat you, and ill leave my mark on you," Haze shouted out Haze smiling.
"A bold claim, little one," Cyclone chuckled, bring her before him. "Dream big, but don't shoot for the impossible," Cyclone said with a smirk rubbing his hoof in her mane. Haze snapped at his hoof, which only made his smirk widened. "Train hard young Hazeveil, I look forward to our duel; the guard could use spitfires such as your self," Cyclone grinned and walked off has he freed the four foals.
Hazeveil smiled making sure to bare her fangs.
