It's Felicia in her Yellow Iris outfit from the game "Battle Circuit", Dr. Doom and Albert Wesker in his S.T.A.R.S. outfit! All character that did not make it into Marvel Vs. Capcom Infinite. *Sad face*

I had never even heard of Battle Circuit until Felicia got this alternate outfit.
