Romeo is one of the free riders of the wastes. He and his band 'gang' rule the outlands. They rape and pillage and murder. Romeo delights in riding down fleeing people on his chopper, only to chop off their head with his custom chainsaw. He also keeps a healthy collection of heads hanging from his bike most of the time. Keeps a hankie in one of them.
His body looks a bit twisted, wish I'd seen that earlier. It is because he's wearing one of those badass side coats, that button way over on the side, but you can't see the buttons very well, so he looks twisted. I messed up.
