WOW what a stellar character! Looks so epicly stylized here! I love that flying pose and top right expression, ahhhh! Just out of curiosity, what aspects did you need to research for this piece?? Turned out so fab though, so obviously the hard work paid off!!!! <3

He's pretty amazing!! And Crocodilecrayons is so awesome to work with too.

I've only drawn a crocodile maybe twice in my whole life, so I had to get a canvas full of crocodile photos, and then I even took a lot of inspiration from Disney model sheets of crocodile characters!! I also looked at concept art by like Nicolas Marlet, and others to see as many ways people broke down the shapes!

So, it was pretty extensive, but totally worth it. I definitely want to try my hand at some more crocs in the future!
