I have been contemplating on this species for a while. I remember when I made my first Lunid, "Shamon" and tried to play her off as a wendigo polar bear (it didn't really work out)
so I decided to make these guys into an all around new species! Not sure if I want them open or closed, give me feedback on this an I might just make them open. Male adopts//customs to come in the future~

A bit about Lunid:
- live in polar climates
- collect skulls , each has their own animal skull they wear (and some wear the skulls of those they have killed as a status symbol, mostly the males)
- males will kill other males during mating season as a show of dominance, and wear their opponent's skull as a brutal reminder
- females can have small or large breasts, but mostly have a curvy build (they're bears p much)
- all lunid have large paws for digging burrows in the snow during harsh weather
- they have a keen sense of smell
- very, very strong
- distinguished by their beatiful scales near their fur parting (they look like crystals or ice)
(these scales can cover the entire body or just small portions)
- tails vary in size, act as extra protection for their genitalia
- legs are naturally dispraportionally short to the body (especially for young males)
-most males (and some females, although its rare) have horns for extra protection
