As someone who relies on artist to depict my characters for me I understand the frustration of having no art. Also, as someone who has an artist as a best friend t I truly do not condone art theft and I want to play a part (even if its a minor one) in reducing art theft.
With that being said I've decided to, every once in a while, open an art raffle for someone's character to be fully depicted with one of my characters! Meaning I pay for your character to be drawn with one of mine in whatever the chosen theme is!
The artist who is helping me do this is the fabulous and beautiful
Luna_Lupin ! She is truly a fantastic and great artist.
Without further adieu le rules:
~You enter the raffle by submitting an entry ticket in the comment section below labeled "Entries Here"(See end of this post for the format)
~You must have three or less art pieces in general, not per character!
~If you win you are allowed to re-enter 6 months after the close date of your winning raffle.
~You must watch Luna_Lupin and me. Again, no exception and it will be checked
~Do not whine, berate anyone, or act like a dick because you did not win. The winners will be picked by a random number generator.
~If you do win do not bug me or the artist for when your piece will be done. Luna lives a very busy life and its free for you so be thankful.
~Direct all questions about anything to me. Do not bug Luna!
~If you win and are caught with more art than you claim to have OR stealing art for whatever reason you will be black listed from any further art raffles and reported for the art theft. I'm doing this to lessen art theft so there is no exception to this rule as well.
~No new accounts! All account must be at least one month or older
Breaking any of these rules will result in a black list
~List the special phrase for a valid ticket. I will only warn you once if you do not this before hiding your entry.

Character Name: Darkbane the Indomitable
Character Gender: Male
Character Species: Western Dragon (Onyx/Blue Dragon if we follow World of Warcraft canon)
Special Phrase: Orange penguin polishes stones.
Character Ref:
Darkbane is covered in black husks with a shade of purple on his whole body. His tail is massive and body-long covered with solid scales which are sharp, even on the bottom. His belly and part of a neck is covered in light-grey scales which are smaller but nearly as sharp as the ones on his tail. As for his back the scales are bigger and aimed slightly upwards. Darkbane's wings have a solid black frame with tattered red membrane. The insides of Darkbane are deep-red. The neck is thick and least covered with scales. The head is shaped like reptilian's muzzle while his eyes are mismatched. One deep-brown the other deep-yellow. The head is adorned with 2 massive horns which are sprouting to the back and are followed by 3 similar far smaller pairs. Darkbane's legs are muscular and the paws of his have 4 solid claws with additional smaller one on a side like cats have.
The dragon's maw is filed with a set of sharp, deadly teeth which are constantly covered in solid layer of glistening saliva. The tongue of his is massive and meaty, yet agile. It is also covered in many small flesh-barbs which can tear delicate skin of a prey. The flesh colour of inside of his maw is crimson.

Theme/situation idea.: Darkbane torturing Sylvia in his cave by dragging the claw along her back, drawing out a significant amount of blood. Also other bruises and small cuts should be visible on her body as running the claw wouldn't be the first to do to tortured person.

You posted in the wrong place, hun, also the special phrase is explained in the main post and you have to watch me and the artist.

Well sorry about putting it in the wrong place, it seemed that 'comment section below the enter here' post sounded like you meant here. Secondly.. the big differences that come to mind are wings and tail. the tail needs to be a lot thinner, and the wings are bigger and more 'dragon-y'. I'm not all too sure of something major I can change aside from those.
