and yup, they're a couple, Griffurs use bird sounds and whistles to court with their love interest, usually in form of a song that they compose for the other one, Mime was a forever alone because he was unable to emit any sound, so he couldn't "talk" to other Griffurs, until he met Conffeti and she didn't care about his little "defect", they became great friends and now they're inseparable
