I'll start off by saying the general body anatomy looks solid, I especially like how the legs and such look. I kind of like this in most areas, except the faces are off and I think the shading could use some work. Try to put more time into making a good facial structure. Also, it's not as important, but the writing could use work too. Specifically, you should try to have better grammar and think about the tone of what the character is saying more, try to establish a good, consistent tone throughout the dialogue. Other than that, looking good, I think the diaper looks good in terms of it's structure as well.
All I can say is, keep practicing. I know a lot of people say that, but you've got something here. Keep working at it and investing your time into it, and I think you'll get it just right. You're making progress.

its hard to try and fix things when everyone I can ask usually if the art is good just praise it and say oh its perfect in every way,
I mean I can often see there is something wrong but most times cant put my finger on what exactly
