A shy but curious budding wizard, Hitomi was cast out as a pup by her trainer for her strange short-fur mutation. She was raised by wild Pokemon, so while she is at heart domesticated, she still has wild tendencies. She acts quite catlike, really only taking interest in people or things if they look fun or give her food, a good brushing, or other things for her benefit. Even so, she is quite caring, and will do everything in her power to make sad people feel better, typically by giving them a dazzling lightshow with her stick wand.
Before you ask, NO, she does not have a trainer. She refuses to have a trainer, considering how she was treated as a Fennekin.
