Seem I forgot to post this gentleman.

Ral Dovic is a military officer of the Reghar Union and a rival to pirate Lem.

He pursues the pirate for an incident that resulted in Ral loosing his right forearm which he blames Captain Lemmy for.
Dovic has authority to act on his own with limited freedom but sometimes will disobey the orders if he believe he will be able to get on a tail of the space pirate. He values revenge over his duty.
He was a composed and dutiful man until the "Ebonmaw incident" after which the military man swore to kill the pirate with his own robotic arm.
