A new oc! I have too many of them. This is Tetsuo! He's my first guy character! Technically I have quite a few others but they're all my mate's characters while this one is mine. I wanted him to be super feminine so he has a very bottom heavy design. I'm working on a back ref too, I just need to color it. I like him, I think he's adorable~~
