Alternative Himiko Toga from Earth 2 (redesign)
This is a redesign of the Himiko Toga Hero version, which is somewhere in my DeviantArt. It seems that no one liked the design of his suit, plus it is a variant of the Izuku suit and the colors of his sailor uniform. ... Considering her quirk requires her to injest blood of people to transform on E1, her quirk might actually be more like... strange thing to pop into my head right now, but it fits: The Clone-Clone fruit.
Quirk: Mimicry
The longer she is in physical contact with any part of someone, the longer she can change into them. Detatched parts such as hair, blood, skin, etc. are absorbed into her body, translating the time it takes to absorb into length of use.
However, while she also recreates the clothes of the person, her own clothes would remain over them, so she needs to strip before doing so.
