The winter brings alot of things to our lives. The holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, joyous times of the year (except when I am working retail through those times) to be with family, friends, and loved ones all around. With that, it also includes food.... lots and lots of food unfortunately. As lots of stress from work and all this preparations of the holidays, I have been eating like a crazy wolf for the past couple of months. So much so it has take somewhat of a change on my body. Okay... maybe a lot has but a change onto my body. It's not my fault! I'm not fat. It's winter fluff alright? I plan to work it off at some point after the holidays have come and gone.
