I drew this over a year ago and apparently never uploaded it anywhere.

One of my artist alley friends is an author of a fantasy/sci-fi young adult series. She has some very interestingly designed characters and creatures. Kiva the ice dragon is one of them.
I loved the character art so much and had been wanting to practice with some angrier expressions anyway, so I drew this up for her. :)
