Prize for raffle winner from my VK group. Their character is rather sociopathic, yet charismatic. That dragon felt himself offended by parents when he was a teen, and he didn't learn to breath fire or hunt by himself as a result. He talks to no one but rats and bats. They can't understand him, but it seems he doesn't care.
