Work was fun and fast I had a chapter of the Hobbit playing and by the time it was over I was done, took the ears down by a ton and a half, then took off so much miss trimmed fur tips I could have recovered the neck. cut in and lifted the cheeks. Ripped out the old eyes totally rebuilding them and giving a much better range of vision, cut away the old felt on the foam mohawk to recover.
In the end I re felted the mouth and gave him a new nose as well.
